GENESIS – The History of ...

In the month of October of the year 2003 the belgian Dirk Roeland and the brazilian José Humberto Rodriques Garcez has decided to commercialise products originating from Brazil (among other things wooden houses, furnish and seats)

After a 10 days study tour to Brazil they discovered on the spot new construction methods with many future possibilities. Many years of import-export experience of Dirk Roeland and the practical experience in construction and furniture industry of José Humberto Rodrigues brought them on the idea of devising a new universally and innovating construction product , which could be sold worldwide.

The product should become a large building stone with vertical breaches and with an innovating composition. The large building stone gave the possibility to build rapidly, easily and durably. The vertical breaches gave all kinds of perspectives for the electricity- and sanitary pipings.

The specific composition makes the product light but nevertheless strong, isolating, acoustic, fireproof and earthquake-durable.

After several months and study tours to Brazil the product and concept really started to have a form.

In the month august of the year 2004 the works are started for a first production line in Goiania (Brazil)
