As a new environment-friendly wall material, Diropanel is solid, light and

When compared to other walls materials, Diropanel enjoys unique superiority in
the following areas:
1. Optimal features against shock and impact
Due to their fitting structure and 3-in-1 composition, the panels are connected
by means of joggle joints hence the panel wall enjoys best anti-blast and
anti-bending performance, which excels brick wall.
2. Minimum weight
The unit weight of wall panel is 650-800kg/m³, only 1/3 that of brick-laying
wall (including plastering), which usually weighs 2100 kg/m³. And the former is
half in thickness compared to the latter. So the 75 mm thick wall panel weighs
only 1/6 if compared to the weight of brick wall, which is 120mm thick (160mm
including plastering).
3. Minimum room occupancy
Since the thickness of panel wall ½ that of brick-laying wall (including
plastering), you can have 1 m² more functional area for every 12 meter in length.
So usually there is about 4% more space. As the economic value of increased room
is higher than the cost of wall panels, the wall panels are praised as ”free
panels”.
4. Highest fire-proof class
The fire test conducted by the National Fire Test Center shows that the
fire-resistant performance of wall panels is up to Class A standard. The fire
performance for 50mm-thick panel is 92 min, 75mm-thick panel is 188 min, and
100mm-thick panel is 240min. Hence the wall panels are best fire-proof material.
5. Optimal water-proof and humidity-proof
The test prove that if we use cement to make a tub by the panels and fill the
tub with water without surfacing with water-proof coating, the back surface of
the wall panels look dry without any mark of water. Even under damp
circumstances there is no condensing water on the wall surfaces.
6. Sound proofing
When compared with other traditional walls, the wall panels enjoy better
sound-proofing effect with a value >39dB for 75mm-100mm wall panels. The main
reason is that the panels are jointed by rebated grooving and the
sound-absorbing material of polyphenyl particulate composite is used.
7. Strong hanging force
It is easy to drilling holes on the wall and apply nails and expansion bolts to
the wall. The hanging force for individual spots is above 40kg. When the wall
panels are used in kitchen and wash room for special purpose, cement can be
applied to stick tiles or other materials.
8. Easy to make grooves for laying piping and
cabling
It is easy to lay built-in piping and cabling in panels, though the walls panels
are solid. Whenever it is needed, use portable saw or cutter to make grooves at
any spot on the wall. After laying piping and cabling, apply cement grout and
polish the surface.
9. Efficient and convenient installation
The panels can be easily installed and no brick and plaster are needed,
therefore the construction time can be shortened. It is also very convenient for
installing the related water and power systems. The efficiency of installing
panel wall is 10 times higher than that of building brick walls. In addition,
the panels can be reused in other places when they are removed.
10. Easy for installing and convenient for
working
The panels are easy to be carried and piled. No plastering and polishing are
needed. Without producing much residues and wastes on site, there is little loss
of material. It is convenient for workers transporting and carrying the panels
as their weight is only 1/6 of that of brick wall and ½ in size.
11. Environment-friendly
There is no pollution from the materials and during the manufacturing process.
None of the materials used in making the panels contains radioactive substances
or any other substances harmful to human being. As an environment-friendly
material, the wall panel complies with the National Sanitation and Anti-epidemic
Standard for Radioactivity of Building Materials (GB6566-86).
12. Low price
The unit cost of the wall panel is practically the same as other walls. If
we take into considerations its advantages such as the minimized room occupancy,
lower shipping volume, less labor force, less construction cost and cleaner site
and environment etc., then the real price is much cheaper. You can have 1m²
more functional room for every 12 meter in length.
